In 2019 IBM launched Be Equal as a campaign to promote gender equality within the organization and beyond. In 2020 they expanded to include and represent every dimension of equality.
Working from the existing Be Equal identity (designed to support gender equality) our job was to explore how the brand could evolve to represent a broader spectrum of constituencies.
